Engr Adebayo Kehinde

Chief Construction Manager

Engr. Adebayo Kehinde is a seasoned and results-oriented Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over twenty years of comprehensive experience in the successful delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management & Valuation, and a Master’s degree in Transport planning & Logistics, he offers a unique multidisciplinary perspective underpinned by professional affiliations with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Throughout his career, Engr. Adebayo has effectively led largescale projects across diverse sectors, encompassing power transmission lines, drainage systems, educational facilities, and aviation infrastructure. He is recognized for his proficiency in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, expertly coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and consistently delivering high-quality results within defined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

His core competencies include construction supervision, structural analysis, transport planning, estate valuation, and strategic stakeholder communication. Engr. Adebayo combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership acumen, ensuring efficient project execution and successful outcomes. He is currently leading multiple construction projects in Lagos, Nigeria.

She is a proficient legal practitioner with over 18 years of experience and has been a member of the Nigerian Bar since 2006. With a strong background in law practice and publishing, she now brings that expertise into her role as Chief Legal Officer at Ladrillos Construction Company

Renowned for her proficiency in Nigerian labour law, she integrates legal precision with strategic operations to drive compliance, enhance workplace dynamics, and support organisational growth. In her capacity as COO, she provides executive oversight of the company’s daily operations ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, teams are well- coordinated, and all activities align with regulatory standards and corporate objectives. Her core responsibilities include operational planning, policy implementation, workforce management, and crossfunctional coordination.

She is instrumental in streamlining internal processes, enforcing safety standards, and optimising resource allocation to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Her leadership continues to strengthen the operational backbone of the company, reinforcing its reputation for excellence and reliability in the construction industry.

Mr. Babajide Adekunle

Finance Officer

Mr. Babajide Adekunle Oluseun, B.Sc, ACA is a seasoned and results-driven Accountant with over fifteen (15) years of proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic financial management across various industries.

He possesses exceptional abilities in reducing month-end closing timelines through automation, workflow optimization, and system integration, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Mr. Adekunle is highly proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Throughout his career, he has successfully identified and implemented tax-saving strategies for clients and organizations, resulting in significant revenue preservation and improved financial performance. He also has a proven track record of optimizing accounting processes, delivering timely and accurate financial statements, and minimizing operational costs.

Quantity Surveyor | Velvet Casa

Seun Ojo Francis is a skilled Quantity Surveyor at Velvet Casa, with 7 years of experience in cost planning, project estimation, procurement, and contract administration. A graduate of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Seun has contributed to various residential and commercial projects, including a prominent 6-bedroom duplex in Lekki-Ajah.

He is known for delivering accurate cost assessments, maintaining budget discipline, and ensuring high-value outcomes. His precision, professionalism, and commitment to quality make him a key part of the Velvet Casa project team.

Engr. Lawal Oluwasegun Ajibola

Senior Engineer|| Project Manager

Engr. Lawal Oluwasegun is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Construction Manager with over 12 years of experience in project planning, team coordination, and quality control. At Velvet Casa, he has successfully led large-scale projects from design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource management.

He holds a degree from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (2016) and is currently pursuing a B.Eng at Federal University Oye Ekiti. Known for his leadership, strategic planning, and ability to drive results, Engr. Lawal has consistently delivered high-value residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects that exceed client expectations.

Azeez Sodiq Owolabi

Project Engineer| Civil Engineer | Construction Professional

A results-driven Civil/Project Engineer with over 6 years of experience at Velvet Casa in supervising and managing diverse construction projects, including residential buildings, healthcare facilities, drainage systems, and specialized works like wastewater treatment plants and swimming pools. Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering at FUOYE, with an HND from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic. Skilled in project execution, structural supervision, renovation, quality control, and health and safety compliance.

He is Known for technical precision, effective contractor coordination, and a commitment to timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven project delivery.

Abdul-Gafar Oluwapelumi Abudu

Architect

Abdul-Gafar Oluwapelumi Abudu is a dedicated architectural professional with a strong academic background from Caleb University, Lagos, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture. His postgraduate thesis focused on energy conservation in mixed-use buildings, highlighting his commitment to sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions within the built environment.

Abdul-Gafar plays a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of construction projects. With just over a year of practical experience, working closely with engineers, quantity surveyors, and on-site teams to ensure that architectural designs are practical, coordinated, and aligned with construction realities. His multidisciplinary exposure has strengthened his technical capabilities and enhanced his ability to contribute to smooth project execution and design integration.
