Dr. Sobowale OluwaFunke Tosin

Dr. Sobowale Funke Tosin is a highly accomplished Group Managing Director with over a decade of experience in construction, real estate, business development, and wealth management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University and an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom. In 2018, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Science for Excellence in Real Estate and Economic Development by the European American University. Additionally, Dr. Tosin has completed specialised programs, including a Business Leadership Development course at the Rome Business School and a Professional & Executive Development program at Harvard DCE.
Her qualifications encompass a diverse range of business disciplines, including an International Business Management certification from the International Business Management Institute in Germany, along with numerous diplomas in Business Management, Strategy & Operations, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resource Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management in London. She also holds an OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership and Project Management, which further enhances her expertise in management and leadership.
As a Chartered Marketer and PMP-certified professional, Dr. Tosin is committed to assisting clients in transforming their financial resources into valuable assets, with a particular focus on sustainable wealth management. Throughout her career, she has provided consulting services to various real estate firms, guiding them in establishing and optimising their organisational structures to promote growth and operational excellence.
As a goal-oriented leader, Dr. Tosin excels in team management, ensuring that her teams are motivated, aligned, and empowered to achieve their objectives. Dr. Tosin has effectively overseen a diverse range of building projects, ensuring that each one is executed within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards. Her leadership approach is centred on achieving results and fostering collaboration.
She is also the founder and visionary leader of the Global Enterprise Table Forum (G.E.T.), a dynamic platform where Egyptian and Nigerian business leaders converge to explore trade, investment, and strategic partnerships.
Dr. Funke is the Group Managing Director of Brave Up Travels, Ladrillos Construction, Velvet Casa Limited, and Labrisco Enterprise Limited.

Sandra Nwogu acquired a B.Sc in Biochemistry in year 2016 in Imo State University.
Over the cause of time, Sandra Nwogu diverted to another career path, she has acquired over 5years experience in administrative role. Nwogu Amaka Sandr is highly organised with a strong commitment to providing top-tier administrative supports. She is passionate about providing exceptional service adapting to the needs of her employer and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Nwogu Amaka Sandra currently serves in Velvet Casa as an Executive Assistant to the Group Managing Director, Dr. Funke Sobowale. Her commitment to excellence, attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving have enabled her Foster a productive and efficient work environment.
Engr. Moses Ikhena Ekhor

Engr. Moses Ikhena Ekhor is a COREN-certified Civil/Structural Engineer with 21 years of experience in civil and building construction. At Velvet Casa, he oversees infrastructure projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
He holds an ND and HND in Civil Engineering from Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, a Postgraduate Diploma from FUTA, and a Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Benin, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. He also holds certifications in Project Management and HSE.
Engr. Moses is a member of COREN, NSE, and NICE, and has published research in international journals. Known for his technical expertise, academic contribution, and collaborative leadership, he consistently delivers value-driven results on complex construction projects.
QS Seun Ojo Francis

Seun Ojo Francis is a skilled Quantity Surveyor at Velvet Casa, with 7 years of experience in cost planning, project estimation, procurement, and contract administration. A graduate of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Seun has contributed to various residential and commercial projects, including a prominent 6-bedroom duplex in Lekki-Ajah.
He is known for delivering accurate cost assessments, maintaining budget discipline, and ensuring high-value outcomes. His precision, professionalism, and commitment to quality make him a key part of the Velvet Casa project team.
Azeez Sodiq Owolabi

A results-driven Civil/Project Engineer with over 6 years of experience at Velvet Casa in supervising and managing diverse construction projects, including residential buildings, healthcare facilities, drainage systems, and specialized works like wastewater treatment plants and swimming pools. Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering at FUOYE, with an HND from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic. Skilled in project execution, structural supervision, renovation, quality control, and health and safety compliance.
He is Known for technical precision, effective contractor coordination, and a commitment to timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven project delivery.

Lawal has consistently delivered high-value residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects that exceed client expectations.
Abdul-Gafar Oluwapelumi Abudu

Abdul-Gafar Oluwapelumi Abudu is a dedicated architectural professional with a strong academic background from Caleb University, Lagos, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture. His postgraduate thesis focused on energy conservation in mixed-use buildings, highlighting his commitment to sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions within the built environment.
Abdul-Gafar plays a vital role in supporting the design and delivery of construction projects. With just over a year of practical experience, working closely with engineers, quantity surveyors, and on-site teams to ensure that architectural designs are practical, coordinated, and aligned with construction realities. His multidisciplinary exposure has strengthened his technical capabilities and enhanced his ability to contribute to smooth project execution and design integration.
Afolayan Oluwatobi
